Grad school......?

Though a lot of your undergrad work doesn't matter too much later on in grad school it can help boost your CV. Also it helps you prepare for your dissertation and how to write in APA style. I'm getting my PsyD in clinical here on the west coast after getting my BA at the University of Minnesota. The U. of MN is a great school where BF Skinner actually did some work, currently they are doing their famous twin studies as well. Your GPA is really good but apply to many schools. PhD programs are a bit tighter to get into because they need to get you involved with professor research and they may only pick 8 people out of 200 applicants. If you are doing clinical, you might want to do a psyD where you still do research and write a disseration but you get more clinical training and less research training. I did an internship for college credit where I wrote a paper and that really helped my application. I think you don't need to overwhelm yourself with multiple research projects if you don't have to. But it is a good place to practice. Usually you won't start your disseration til your second year or so. Defintely apply to multiple schools to up your chances and look into other programs as well. Good luck
