I've decide on a Pomeranian, but where can I find a reliable breeder in Virgina?

I'm moving to York county, Virgina in 6 months, I want to get a pomeranian for me, my mother and older sister to enjoy, though it will be MY dog. (because they get attached to one person, though mine will NOT be allowed to Develop Small Dog Syndrome) I need a good breeder! and a litter due around then? HELP!
