What's the best cruise line for a non-drinking, mellow, but beautiful trip?

well, that's the million dollar question - they all end up being "party cruises" in the end - I took carnival and it was a great relaxing experience, especially if you are a morning person - so beautiful outside and all the partiers are just going to sleep!
