What type of ceremony can I have if Im already married, but didn't have a wedding?

My husband proposed September 2009 and we got married at the court house December 2009, We had to rush and get married because my husband is in the Army and is deployed for a year, so there was no real time to plan for a nice wedding, He will be back January 2011, and I would like to have some kind of ceremony to celebrate our marriage, but not actually a "traditional" wedding. What type of ceremony can we have?, I want it to be nice and upscale, and I plan to invite about 35-40 people, I was thinking maybe something like a "Blessing Ceremony" where a pastor would say a prayer over our marriage, and we can finally exchange our vows, and then a reception. Any Ideas? Is this even possible?
