Would the spirit of mother earth wrap her loving arms around us if we all turned vegan?

I am considering turning vegan, but I want to know if I will find that sanctity, that inner peace, that burning desire to love mankind everyone on this planet deserves a sliver of my heart. Will veganism allow me to feel this way?
