Buffy The Vampire Slayer Help?

I'm looking for a specific episode, I haven't seen it since the 90's and was wondering if anyone could help me find it. All I remember is there was a zombie or monster of some sort that released suction cup type things from his head onto little kids heads. I think he was eating their brains or something like that... Help would be appreciated!
