Horse problems!! pls help?

well i hav 24 horses (9 mares, 9 geldings, 5 stallions and 1 foal) and they all hav there own stables and food and saddles and stuff like that but they don't seem to like each other. like ill put say 6 in a paddock and none of them hang around the others. only 5 of my horses (including the foal) actually like each other. pls tell me some useful tips on how i can make them all like each other. they all get ridden once a day by me mostly but by my workers too.
