Are there easy ways for a beginner to Astral Project?

Hi. I have been interested in Astral Projection and Out of Body Experiences for a couple years now. I am currently 15 years old and want to take my knowledge of these subjects past just reading about them. My parents are strong believers that there is nothing supernatural, magick, or anything else out of the ordinary that exsists in this world. So, there is no way that I can buy any audio clips online or anything because they wouldn't let me use their credit cards. I really want to know how to Astral Project. I have tried on my own by just listening to my breathing and heartbeat for an hour or so to get me relaxed, but I never get far at all. The most I get is a heavy feeling at my feet. So, if anyone knows an easy way to Astral Project or if they know of any free sites that helpped them out, it would be a very big help. Also, if anyone has any information on it, email me about it please.
