feeding Question...?

I'm planning on feeding my daughter when she is born and was just wondering if theres alot of leakage? I didn't feed with my 1st, and I leaked an extreme amount for awhile, was that just because I wasnt using the milk and it had to leave my body. Is there things that you have to wear to protect your clothes the WHOLE time your feeding? Any advice?
