What's the name of the computer game with futuristic motorcycles? it had something to do with DOME?

There was this computer game around 1996, it had futuristic motorcycles, it was called something DOME, anybody knows the name? the motrocycles had this "light walls" with what you could make the oteher players crash like in the new movie TRON, (see the 2010 trailer) thank you, I know this is a tough one... (oh I know one of the motorcycles was called vektor)
