Help! i need to move my furniture, but where can i find movers for less than $150?

i need halp moving a chest of drawers, and a queen size mattress, where can i find movers who are cheaper than 150 dollars. do cops or firefighters do this on the weekends or for extra money? someone suggested it to me once, but i never heard of it.
