Does anyone know how to sell a recipe?
I have been developing a pizza recipe for 7 years now. My friends and I were going to start a pizza business, but it never came though (funds from friends). Anyway, as an extremely diverse and experienced cook and foodie, I can truly say that my pizza dough recipe is as good if not better than some of the best pizzas in the world. It is crisp, chewy and very flavorful. It isn't too thick, it isn't too thin. It's perfect. I am in Portland Oregon, and if I made my pizza in a restaurant, it would be the best pizza for at least 200 miles.
