If it was suspended, you will get it back when the suspension period is over. If you wanted to fight the suspension, you should have done so at the time. Why have you waited so long? Why are you bringing this up now? You can try fighting it now but you may be too late. As for the $6,000., If they haven't sued you and only "asked" for $6,000., Keep in mind that anybody can ask you for anything. Merely asking does not mean they can get it though.
