Trout Fishing in lake in poconoes?

Every year me and my uncle cousin and dad head up to the poconoe house for the 1st day of trout season in Pa its april or may. My uncle and cousin always catch but my dad and me seem to have trouble the lake is fully stocked so thier are tons of trout. the lake is call ed Twins lake up in the poconoe moutntains. Could someone help me by telling me techniques and baits that will help me and my ddad catch some trout for dinner?!!!!!!! Answer quick!
